Returns
It is our absolute goal that you are satisfied with our products. That's what makes us happy and content with what we do and how we do it.
That is why for us an order ends when you are happy with your purchase and we have your positive feedback.
If you're not happy with a product, we will try to make returning it as easy as possible.
You have 14 days from receiving your order to send your purchase back to us.
How to return your purchase
If you've decided to return a product, we'll make things very easy for you.
Just complete this form or, in the footer of our website, choose Return form from Customer Support.
You have the options of receiving a refund or exchanging your product(s) with products added in your shopping cart.
You will receive an email after your return request has been approved, containing all the information needed for sending back the product(s) along with a shipping service recommandation.
You will have to take care of shipping the product(s) back to us. Until it reach us, the purchased product(s) is your responsibility. We encourage you to contact us after you've shipped them.
Please note that the returned product(s) must be in the same condition as received and that the package must meet our return policy. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you.
Receiving a refund
You can choose to receive your refund in two possible ways:
- as store credit to your BABALUNA account where you can use it to buy other products
- back to the original payment method
If you did not purchase your product(s) using an online payment method, you will need to provide us with a bank account where we will transfer your refund.
Please note that refunds on your credit card can take between 3-30 working days due to varying processing times between payment providers. Your shipping costs will be excluded unless you received a wrong item or the item had imperfections not mentioned in its description.
Return policy
We kindly ask you to send the items back to us in the same condition as you have received them in.
All products must be returned in an unused state, in the condition received, with all protective materials in place. This includes all packaging, accessories and label cards. We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition.
We may sometimes come to your help by accepting the return for products with signs of wear or deterioration, but we will reduce the amount of any applicable refund or exchange accordingly.
Cancelling an order
If you want to cancel an order that you've just made, please contact Customer Care as soon as possible.
We will make our best to cancel it in the shortest time possible and issue a refund.
After we issue the refund, your bank will unlock your blocked amount in 1-30 working days depending on its own policy.
