Delivery

We will be delivering your order door to door all over Romania.

Delivery service

We use FAN Courier for all deliveries.

The estimated delivery time is 24h-48h for orders placed before 12PM. 

The shipping cost is 15 Lei all over the country, in the city areas covered by FAN Courier. For destinations outside city areas, we will contact you with an extra shipping cost or we can keep the 15 Lei price by delivering to a FAN Courier headquarters in the city closest to you.

Shipping is FREE for orders over 200 Lei.

Processing

We process orders Mondays to Fridays from 9 AM to 5 PM GMT +2.
Orders placed during the weekend will be processed on Monday.

Once your order has been processed, we will get in touch with you by email with information regarding your purchase, shipment tracking and delivery.
As you receive your purchase information, we will be taking good care of all your purchased pieces and prepare them for you.

You will receive a text message on the day of the delivery from FAN Courier and you will be contacted by the courier by phone.

Coverage area

We are still working on finding the best possible solution for shipping outside Romania.

For the moment we are only shipping across Romania, but please contact us for inquiries regarding deliveries outside the country.
